CLASSICAL MAT TWO

Classic Mat & Virtual Format

It’s how Joe created it. Contrology on the mat. This class is perfect for a student who is intermediate to advanced. Improve transitions flow and your overall endurance, strength, and flexibility with Classical Mat Two.

PILATES STICK

Virtual Format

It is the best workout for those that don’t have a pilates reformer or tower unit at home but want to get a similar exercise. A Pilates Stick is recommended but not required.

PILATES AND STRETCH

This class combines basic Pilates exercises with a mix of stretching to help stretch your muscles. You will leave this class your body feeling awesome: loose, long, and lean.

REFORMER ON THE MAT

This mat class takes the reformer exercises on the mat utilizing dumbells, foam rollers, or your own bodyweight to mimic the reformer exercises. Super rewarding and challenging workout!

MAT AND MAGIC CIRCLE

This class utilized the pilates power circle for the entire class to improve overall strength, flexibility, and core stability. Truly works the POWERHOUSE

PILATES CHAIR

This class is designed for the student that has had chair class experience and has access to a chair at home. It’s a great 35-40 min overall body workout! It’s a mini reformer workout with an entirely different challenge.

MAT WITH PROPS

This class is designed for the avid pilates student who wants some variety in their mat class. Multiple props are used to improve the efficiency and level of the Pilates exercises.
